Les Peterson
Co-Founder, Managing Partner, and CEO
With over 25 years of experience in IT, Les focuses on business development and strategy with an emphasis on enterprise architectural design, implementation, and performance of client systems, networks, and telecommunications infrastructure.
As the information technology industry continues to evolve rapidly, Les works to bring both ITC2 and the Fortune 10-2000 companies he has helped guide into the future of network automation, SDN technology, and much more. Additionally, Les is helping lead the expansion of ITC2’s global procurement, project management, and delivery platforms and provides strategic leadership and insight into growing the company overall.
In 2010, Les was asked to contribute to the Communications Security, Reliability, and Interoperability Council – Incident Response Recommendations for the FCC.
Tom Galbreath
Co-Founder, Sr. Partner and CFO
Tom joined ITC2 in 2013. With more than 16 years of experience in the technology and staffing industries, Tom’s roles ranged from accounting management to back-office system development and integration.
Tom has also been a project manager and implementation consultant with a mid-market HRIS HR and payroll software company. He is an active Georgia CPA and received his bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa.
Michael Fisher
Sr. Partner and President
Mike brings more than 25+ years of strategic technology, IT governance, and information systems experience to ITC2. He is an accomplished executive in the Services, Telecom, Financial, BPO, and Hospitality industry with extensive experience developing operational, technology, and vendor management strategies across complex global organizations. Mike’s background in Information Technology, Digital Transformation, and Service Delivery will help guide ITC2 as we continue to be an industry leader in ‘Connecting Clients to the World’ through new and innovative digital technologies.
Mike lives in Atlanta, Georgia with his wife and three kids and has several hobbies that include golf, restoration of classic cars, motorcycle riding, and boating. Mr. Fisher attended Georgia State University in Atlanta and completed the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management Executive Leadership Development program.
Carol Kelly
Partner & VP Operations
With over 20 years in the Information Technology industry, Carol has developed a strong reputation based on her integrity and leadership qualities. Prior to joining ITC2, Carol held various leadership roles, including Director of Cloud & Connectivity Solutions and Channel Support with Advocate. Before joining Advocate, Carol had a variety of leadership positions at Qwest Communications (now Lumen). She is a results-driven telecommunication professional with a BA focused in Economics and Corporate Training from Lehman College. When Carol isn’t working, she spends time with family, working out, and serving in the community.
Tim Anderson
Partner – Senior Advisor Managed Services
Prior to joining ITC2, Tim served as the Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and Marketing for VITAL Network Services. He brings more than 35 years of experience serving in various management and executive management positions within the data communications and telecommunications service industry.
Tim has extensive knowledge in sales, customer service, operations, program/bid management, and global outsourcing in an international business environment. He has a broad understanding of data, voice, video, and wireless technologies and services.
Fowzy Shacker
Partner and CTO
Fowzy’s career spans over 20 years in the telecom industry, where he assumed technical roles at Xerox, Bell Northern Research, and Cisco Inc. His core skills in service practices, business applications, high availability, and networking protocols enable him to advise customers on best practices for business continuity, convergence, and application migration to cloud services. Fowzy attended San Jose University for his EE education, MBA, and MSC.
Gary Kallenbach
Partner – Senior Advisor Procurement
Gary has more than 40 years of experience at United Parcel Service with more than 20 years reporting to the CIO. Gary’s responsibilities included IT Human Resources, IT Plant Engineering, IT security, IT Finance & Accounting, and the IT procurement of hardware, software, outside IT labor, consulting, outsourcing, and telecom services. One of his accomplishments was the implementation of the telecom expense management process.
Gary has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire with a major in comprehensive public accounting.
Russ Burd
Partner – Senior Advisor Telecom Expense Management
Russ has more than 20 years’ experience in the telecommunications industry working with carriers, large enterprise clients, and TEM vendors. As a founder and principal, he led business development and marketing initiatives at 2-Markets. Prior to 2-Markets, Russ was EVP of Professional Services for Telarix, where he was responsible for implementing LCR and billing solutions for global carriers worldwide. Russ also launched and ran the iXLink line of business, which is used by more than 600 global telecom operators across 60 countries.
Russ holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting from the University of Northern Colorado and an MBA from George Washington University.
Roger Steines
Senior Advisor Hardware Platforms
Roger brings more than 20 years of advanced computing and communications experience to ITC2. Roger has worked in the areas of hardware acceleration, software defined networks, and emerging (wired and wireless) communications standards. Roger has also worked at the chip level with several OEMs in these areas, thus providing ITC2 insight to emerging solutions.
Roger earned his Bachelor and Master of Electrical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology. He has worked at several communication start-ups, Georgia Tech Research Institute, and multiple chip manufacturers as an application engineer. Roger’s career has centered on Field-Programmable-Gate-Arrays, which have recently taken the spotlight as the enabling technology for advanced platforms across the network.
