Key Terms

Throughout this privacy policy we use several specialized terms.  When we use the term “Personally Identifiable Information” in this privacy policy, we mean information that is specific to you as an individual, like your name, email address, residential address, telephone number, facsimile number, employment history and other biographical information, compensation and other employment related information and credit card information.  The term “User Information” incorporates all of your Personally Identifiable Information and any other forms of information discussed in this privacy policy.  We use the term “aggregate” to indicate our combination of information from various persons or users.  Information is said to be “anonymized” if it does not identify individual persons or entities or associate a particular person or entity with such information.

(a) Browsing Our Portal.  When you visit our portal to browse, we may collect, use and store information such as the type of operating system and Internet browser you are using, and the particular web site pages you view, the date and time you access our portal, your authenticated username and referring Internet address (including key words used in the search engine).  We may use this information to improve our portal and user experience.  We may also share this information with third parties if we choose to aggregate and disclose portal traffic information for marketing or commercial purposes.

You acknowledge that any accounts you have with us may contain customer data which may be protected by certain US and international privacy laws.  You hereby agree and consent that by using the portal we may access and utilize customer data, including through the use of data mining tools, algorithms, artificial intelligence and machine learning methods and hereby appoint us as your agent in order to access such customer data.  We will utilize the PII that we may acquire as a result of the foregoing consent to create a data profile on our DNS platform.

Revise Your Information

If you use our platform, then you have voluntarily consented to our information collection, use and disclosure practices as described in this privacy policy and other written documentation that may be provided to you regarding the platform.  If you would like to modify information about you that we or other third parties may view through our portal such as change your contact information, then please email us at itc2administrator@itc2.net.  We will use commercially reasonable efforts to promptly comply with your information revision requests.  However, we will retain copies of such information as necessary for us to comply with governmental orders, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, enforce any agreement you have entered into with us, and as otherwise reasonably necessary for our business purposes.

Security

We employ and maintain technology and security measures designed to protect your information.  When you submit information on our platform, that information is subject to a variety of protections, including Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption, firewalls and password protected systems.  However, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed as 100% secure.  As a result, while we strive to protect your information, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us or receive from us.

Control of Your Password

To help secure User Information, we designed a password protected system.  We will never ask for your password or user identification in an unsolicited phone call or in an unsolicited email.  Except as specifically permitted by this privacy policy or other instructions regarding the use of platform, you may not, and will ensure that you do not, lend, give, or otherwise disclose any passwords or user identifications to any unauthorized person, or permit any unauthorized person to use your accounts, related passwords, or user identifications.  Any loss of control of passwords or user identifications may result in the loss of control over Personally Identifiable Information.  You will be responsible for any actions taken on your behalf or any person using your passwords or user identifications.  If passwords or user identifications have been compromised for any reason, then you should immediately notify us so that we may issue you new passwords or user identifications.

Third Party Web Sites

You may have the option to enter third party web sites through our portal or you may have the option to enter our portal from another third-party web site.  Since we cannot be assured that such third-party web sites follow our privacy policies, we encourage you to ask questions and review the privacy policies of these third parties.  We have no responsibility or liability for the actions or policies of these independent sites, do not endorse any product or service that may be mentioned or offered in such sites, and are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of such sites.

Children’s Privacy

We do not intend for our portal to be used by children under the age of 13, nor do we seek to collect information about children under the age of 13.  If you are under the age of 13, please do not provide us with any User Information and promptly exit this portal.  By using or attempting to use the portal, you certify that you are at least 13 years of age and meet any other eligibility requirements of the site.
